We are thrilled to announce that, with our dedication, compassion, and care, we’ve grooved our way through another year of serving our community. This year marks a funky 52 years of faithful service, and we could not think of a better way to celebrate than to get down and boogie at our upcoming Disco Fever: Back to ’72 Gala hosted by the CommuniCare Health Foundation!

All proceeds from our Disco Fever Gala will help fund programs offered at CommuniCare Health Centers (CCHC). CCHC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community health center system that provides adult/family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, dental, behavioral health, and many other specialty services, along with supplying vaccines and testing to thousands of uninsured and underinsured residents of Bexar, Hays, and Kendall counties.

All donations are tax-deductible, and proceeds from our event will go toward expansion initiatives for the many programs we provide in the communities we serve. These programs are vital for the well-being of the 51,215 adults and 60,675 children we served this past year through over 416,000 office visits. So put on your dancing shoes and join us for a night of disco delight, all for a great cause!
