We are proud to share that, through our dedication, compassion, and care, we have successfully made it through another year of serving our community. This year marks 51 years of faithful service, and what better way to celebrate than to immerse into the wonderful dreamland of Tim Burton’s whimsical mind at our upcoming Burton’s Ball Gala hosted by the CommuniCare Health Foundation.

All proceeds help fund programs offered at CommuniCare Health Centers (CCHC). CCHC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community health center that provides family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, dental, behavioral health, and many other specialty services, along with providing COVID-19 vaccines and testing to thousands of uninsured and underinsured Bexar, Hays, and Kendall county residents.

All donations are tax deductible, and proceeds from our event will go toward the expansion initiatives for our many programs we provide in the communities that we serve. These programs enhance the health and wellness of the 46,000 adults and the 53,000 children we provide services to with more than 397,500 office visits this past year.
